Exam Preparation Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. The student must attend all days of class.
   
2. The student must take the 1st exam within 14 days of completing the course.
   
3. Students who do not pass the exam after taking the course may request to retake the course at no-additional cost by contacting Customer Service.  To qualify for a retake, students must either fax (877-820-4536) or email their exam score sheet to PMimmersion.
   
4. A student who fails to pass the exam on the third attempt may request a refund of the course fee LESS an administrative fee of $450.
