Exam Preparation Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. The student must attend all days of class.
   
2. The student must take the 1st exam within 14 days of completing the course.
   
3. For the PMP, we pay for the 2nd and 3rd failed exam re-take at the member price ($275).  The student must take the 2nd exam within 14 days of failing the 2nd exam re-take and must take the 3rd exam within 30 days of failing the 3rd exam re-take.
4. For the CAPM, we pay for the 2nd and 3rd failed exam re-take at the member price ($150). The student must take the 2nd exam within 14 days of failing the 2nd exam re-take and must take the 3rd exam within 30 days of failing the 3rd exam re-take.
5. For the PgMP, we pay for the 2nd and 3rd failed exam re-take at half the member price ($250). The student must take the 2nd exam within 14 days of failing the 2nd exam re-take and must take the 3rd exam within 30 days of failing the 3rd exam re-take.
6. Students who do not pass the exam after taking the course may request to retake the course at no-additional cost by contacting Customer Service.  To qualify for a retake, students must either fax (877-820-4536) or email their exam score sheet to PMimmersion.
   
7. A student who fails to pass the exam on the third attempt may request a refund of the course fee LESS an administrative fee of $450 and all exam fees paid.
